  1. EZ Haul is open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and open for drop off and pickups Saturdays and Sundays 
  2. You must be 25 years of age or older to rent a truck from EZ Haul and have a valid drivers license.
  3. Yes you can, we can provide a quote based on the amount of days you will need the vehicle for.
  4. Call us immediately and we will send out one of our mechanics to your location to assist. 
  5. Yes, we require reservations to be made at least 24 hours to ensure availability.
  6. Yes you can, if you do not need the vehicle you have reserved, please let us know 24 hours before your rental date. You can make a change by contacting an EZ Haul representative either by email or phone. 
  7. Yes we require a $300 deposit for all vehicle rentals that is fully refunded at the end of the rental.
  8. Please bring back the vehicle on the same fuel level it was on when the rental began, e.g. if it is on full then bring it back on full.
  9. Currently, we accept cash or cheque and wire transfers
  10. You have the truck for a full 24 hours, if you pick it up at 9am you must bring it back by 9am the following day. 
  11. No we do not provide drivers with the vehicles.
